Screen Burning
Want to print at home but don’t have the equipment to make proper screens?
Focus on printing and let us make a quality screen for you. It can be hard to dial in the specs on the first, second, or even third try.
We’ve made many thousands of screens and have the process dialed in.
Send your artwork in the specified format below and we’ll make perfect screens for you!
The Works: $65 Per Screen
*Please allow up to 10 business days for this service due to required drying times of the reclaim/coating process.
You provide the artwork in an acceptable format and we’ll provide the following to you:
Printing the film positive
Providing a brand new aluminum frame screen (20” x 24”)
Exposing your image/s into the screen
You’ll receive a screen that’s ready to go onto the press and start printing
Artwork Specs: Minimum 300dpi at the size you want it printed
Provide the dimensions of the preferred print size so we can verify.
Re-Burn: $35 Per Screen
*Please allow at least 5 business days for this service due to required drying times of the reclaim/coating process.
Have your screen from last time and need a new image burned on it?
We will reclaim and degrease your screen
Re-coat with emulsion
Re-burn the new image
Artwork Specs: Minimum 300dpi at the size you want it printed
Provide the dimensions of the preferred print size so we can verify.
*We will not accept old screens that are not in useable condition or have mesh that has separated from the frame. Please remove all tape and ink residue before dropping off.
Just The Film: $5 Per SF

Maybe you have your own exposure unit at home but need higher quality film transparencies. We’ll provide you with just the film positive. Artwork must be provided with the following requirements:
Minimum 300dpi at the size you want it printed
Provide the dimensions of the preferred print size so we can verify.
