The minimum order size starts at 12 pieces but there are price breaks at higher quantities.

There will be a one time digitizing fee of $35 for any image we have not embroidered before. This converts your image into a file that the machine can read and will determine the stitch count and therefore the price.

Some companies charge a flat rate but we charge based on the number of stitches in your design. For example, a single line of text will cost less than a large solid circle.

After you reach out and we email back and forth to finalize all the order details you’ll receive an order form for review and approval along with an invoice. Once the order form is approved and a 50% deposit it received, you can expect your order to be completed within 2-4 weeks. (Usually a little longer than screen printing)

Ideally, if you had a vector based file (something created in Adobe Illustrator or similar) that would produce the best file for the embroidery machine to read.But we can use high resolution images as long as they were created at 300dpi or higher AND at the size you want it printed.

Short answer is yes. But it depends on whether they are getting the same image. If color changes or different sets of screens are required then additional fees would apply.

Because of the manufacturing process, there is a minimum order of 50 patches, but we like to say the actual minimum is 100 because the pricing is just not great with anything less. There are even better price breaks beyond 100.

This does not mean you need to order the same amount of hats. In fact, once the initial patch order is made, the attachment process is much more streamlined than it would be to embroider them. Plus there is just a flat fee for attachment.

We treat each patch order individually since the specific size, quantity, and style will all affect the price. But in the long run, the total cost for patches + blank hat + attachment end up being about equal or even less than direct embroidery would cost. So it’s a great option if you are able to place an initial order for 100+ patches.
